The following room hire rates apply to businesses wishing to hire space on weekdays at Seawinds Community Hub:

 

CONSULTING ROOMS  (maximum 8-10 people seated,  or 12 people standing)
$30 per hour

$50 per half day

(Half day is 9 – 1pm or 4 hours)

$90 per full day

(Full day is 9am – 5pm or 8 hours)
 

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOMS  (maximum 20-24 people seated, 30 people standing)
$55 per hour

$70.00 per half day

(Half day is 9 – 1pm or 4 hours)

$130 for full day

(Full day is 9am – 5pm or 8 hours)

 

ROOM HIRE FEES:

All prices include GST (where applicable).  An invoice can be issued if required. Fees are as at 1 January, 2018 and are subject to change.

ROOM CONDITION: 

When leaving, please act responsibly and vacate at the end of the hire time arranged.  Consider those coming in after you, and return the room to its original state (as a community centre, we work on a self-help basis – we do not have staff to set up rooms for you).

OUT OF HOURS ENTRY: If you require entry prior to 9am, or leave after 5pm, please advise us so we can arrange this for you.

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE: As a charitable organisation, we work hard to keep our rates affordable for you. We also look to you, our Responsible User, to turn off lights, heaters, etc. – so we can save on our power bills which, in turn, helps to keep our costs down).

DATA PROJECTOR HIRE:

Can be arranged if required – cost $10.00

PHOTOCOPYING:

Can be arranged if required (prices as advised)
