The project will be evaluated through:
- Measurement of results against existing data trends
- Learning growth – Ages and Stages Questionnaires
- Teacher satisfaction, reflections & observations.
- Parent satisfaction, observations and feedback
- Performance reviews
- Observations and feedback from family workers/consultants
- improvement in developmental trajectories
- numbers of at risk families accessing services identified through service records
This evaluation will be ongoing and facilitates continual improvement and assessment of success of the project goals and strategies. It also enables the program to be tailored specifically for the needs of children in early childhood settings in Capel Sound (formerly Rosebud West).
