Phase One: During the first phase of the project we will focus on children attending Seawinds Community Hub Early Learning and Care facility.
Future phases aim to include early childhood services and educational providers from the wider community. During phase 2 & 3 we will broaden our reach to engage with other early learning and care centres, as well as broader support services to ensure a ‘whole of community’ approach.
